Single Room

Single Room Comfort

These rooms (22-24 square meters) are located on the 1st - 3rd floors of the main building. They are comfortably furnished with a couch or additional armchair and equipped with shower/WC, cable TV, radio and a direct call telephone. All the rooms either face the Oberlinden square or the quiet inner courtyard.

Single Room Deluxe

Our deluxe rooms (22-24 square meters) are all located on the 1st -3rd floors in the quite garden house. They are all equipped with a queen-sized bed (1.50m x 2.0m), a bathroom with shower and WC, minibar, a direct call telephone, cable TV and radio.

Double Room

Double Room Moderate

The rooms are all located on the 1st - 3rd floors, some facing the Oberlinden square or the quite inner courtyard. They are equipped with a bathroom including shower and WC, minibar (mostly), direct call telephone, cable TV and radio. Rooms sizes between 22 square meters and 28 square meters.

Double Room Comfort

The rooms are all located on the 3rd floor of the building and face either towards the historic city centre of Freiburg or the quiet inner courtyard.  They were all re-done in 2006. The modern bathrooms opening towards the room are equipped with a bath and /or shower, a separate WC, a stand-alone sink, heated black marble floors and generously proportioned storage areas. The rooms, which are furnished with cherry wood furniture and decorated with tastefully coloured fabrics set creative accents which contrast with the marbled grey carpeting. Besides the minibar, the rooms are equipped with an electronic safe and a flat screen TV (LCD) as well as comfortable armchairs or Recamièrs. The high quality beds with comfortable mattresses stand separately in some of the rooms.

Suites

Junior Suite

These single room suites (38 square meters) are located on the 2nd floor facing the Oberlinden square. The living area is separated from the sleeping area by partitions. The generously proportioned bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and bidet. The room has a walk-in wardrobe, a direct call telephone incl. ISDN, cable TV, minibar, radio and a safe.

Garden Suite

Our two roomed suite (45 square meters) is located on the 1st floor parallel to the atrium. The big bathroom is equipped with a corner bath, WC and bidet. The living area is furnished with a comfortable seating arrangement. In addition we offer cable TV, a minibar, a direct call telephone incl. ISDN and a safe in this suite.
