The bread soup that was served at “Zum Roten Bären” during medieval times was of course banished from our menu a long time ago. Nowadays we serve a light local cuisine with a touch of something special. One thing has not changed throughout the life of the "Bären": the love and care we invest in creating the dishes, the pleasure we have when serving our guests, and the satisfaction we experience when we see that our guests feel truly at home.
No matter what your choice might be, the dish of the day, the lunchtime special, the feasty“Bären Menü” or the seasonal cuisine; the chef Albert Schweizer and his crew will always carefully prepare the dishes.
